GFACS is committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all procurement of goods and services. This page provides information about current and past Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in accordance with state law, federal regulations (2 CFR Part 200), and our internal procurement policies.
Federal Compliance
Georgia Fugee Academy Charter School follows procurement standards under the Uniform Grant Guidance (2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317-200.327) for all purchases made with federal funds. All vendors are expected to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including nondiscrimination and debarment requirements.
Surplus
In accordance with Georgia law and federal grant requirements, [ school name ] maintains transparency in the management and disposal of surplus property and equipment purchased with public funds. Items listed below are no longer needed for educational or operational purposes and are made available for sale, transfer, or disposal consistent with applicable regulations.
