Title II, Part A provides funding to improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers, principals, and other school leaders. When allocated, funds may be used to provide professional learning, support coaching and mentoring, recruit and retain qualified educators, and build leadership capacity. GFACS maintains transparent hiring practices and professional development plans aligned with state standards.
